About Rayka Society

The Rabari community is a traditional nomadic group found primarily in the western Indian states of Gujarat and Rajasthan. With a rich cultural heritage, the Rabari are known for their intricate embroidery, artisanal crafts, and livestock herding practices. The community is deeply connected to the land, with a strong focus on preserving natural resources and maintaining a sustainable way of life. Despite facing challenges such as limited access to education and healthcare, the Rabari have a strong sense of community and cultural pride. They are a vibrant and integral part of the fabric of Indian society.
